Banh Bo

Ingredients: 

1 package of instant yeast
400g of rice flour
35mL of coconut milk extract
200g of sugar
1 cup of water (add more if needed)
2 big mixing bowls
Steaming materials
450mL of extract coconut milk extract


1. Mix the rice flour, instant yeast, and your 350mL of coconut milk extract in one of the large bowls with your hands.
2. Dissolve your sugar into your 450mL of coconut milk extract, and boil the water which you will add inside. Add more water of needed, and mix altogether.
3. Pour the water and sugar mix into the rice flour mix and let it sit for 30mins, or until the flour bubbles up.
4. Mix it together lightly and put into any desired tin.
5. Steam for 25-30mins, and add colouring if wanted.
