Barbara’s Fried Shrimp-
2 eggs
2 TBLS Flour (rounded)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 TBLS Milk
12 ounce package Panko
120 ounces oil (about 4 quarts) WHEN DOING OYSTERS ALSO
24 extra, extra large shrimp (12-14 count)
Clean & butterfly shrimp (do earlier in the day)
Place eggs, flour, Worcestershire & milk in food processor & blend well. Pour into bowl.
Place small layer of Panko on wax paper. Place a few shrimp in batter brushing some of batter off with fork. Place a few dipped shrimp on top of Panko & add more panko on top, then pat a little to coat Panko on both sides. Place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
Continue until all are breaded. Shrimp can be breaded earlier in the day & refrigerated.
DON'T OVER COOK, KEEP THEM LIGHT COLORED!
