BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese with Fresh Guacamole

Notes: 

It is easiest to buy a pork shoulder and cook it in the crockpot for 6-8 hours on low depending on the size. You can do salt and pepper, or your favorite pulled pork recipe. Eat it for dinner and save the leftovers for Grilled Cheese Night.

2-4 Tablespoons Tillamook Butter, softened
4 Slice Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups cooked, shredded pork (see note in recipe)
2 Cups of your favorite BBQ Sauce
1 Avocado, smashed with a fork in a bowl with 1-2 Teaspoons lime juice and ¼ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon cumin
8 Slices Good Quality White Bread
