Beck Style Fried Rice

Ingredients: 

Leftover white rice
Peeled, chopped carrot
Chopped onion
Sliced Green onion
Egg
Butter
Canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame Seeds
Garlic
Soy Sauce


  1. Mix egg with salt and pepper; cook over medium heat until very lightly scrambled. Remove and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok, cook carrot and onion until soft and slightly gold/browned.
  3. Add some garlic, cook
  4. Add rice, more garlic, enough oil to keep from becoming dry, soy sauce. Cook
  5. Add eggs, green onion, sesame seeds and more soy sauce. Finish cooking.
  6. Serve warm.
