2 C. Flour
1 C. butter, cold
1 tsp. Salt
Water
Filling:
1 lb Skirt Steak, Dice
2 C. potato, diced
1 C. turnip
1 C. onion
1 Tbsp. sea salt
2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
3 springs fresh thyme
Make pie dough, refrigerate overnight.
Mix all filling ingredients. Scale pie dough into 5 oz rounds. Roll out dough and fill with 1 cup filling. Pinch edges to make a pocket. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar in the raw and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
