Beetroot – ½ cup(peeled and chopped)
Carrot – ½ cup (peeled and chopped)
Apple – ½ cup (peeled and chopped)
Sugar or honey – as needed
Ginger – 1-inch piece
Lemon – half
2. Take equal amount of chopped beetroot, carrot and apple. Add ginger piece into it.
3. Grind all together in a mixer by adding a little water.
4. Drain and add a little water, then add half lemon juice and mix well.
5. Add sugar or honey as you needed.
