Notes: 

Beets are antioxidant rich, liver-loving vegetables that contain a number of cleansing and detoxifying nutrients.Beets are also a rich source of folate, manganese, immune-boosting vitamin C, phosphorus, zinc and copper and B-vitamins.

Beets are sweet, but a bit earthy, so the blueberries add extra sweetness and antioxidants. Coconut yoghurt and coconut milk are used in this smoothie for extra creaminess and a dose of metabolism boosting, healthy plant-based fats.

⅓ cup fresh beets

1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)

½ cup Ceres Organics Organic Coconut Milk

½ cup coconut yoghurt
