Best cheese cake I have ever had

Ingredients: 

Filling
6 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 8 oz packs cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 pint heavy cream
Juice of one large lemon
1 Tbs vanilla
2 Tbs flour

Crust
18-24 Oreo cookies
6 Tbs melted butter


Make the crust first by combining the melted butter and cookie crumbs together. Press into the bottom of 9" spring form pan and refrigerate for 15 min. Combine all filling ingredients (all room temp) on low. Don't over mix but mix till everything is smooth but not fluffy. Once the crust is chilled pour the filling mix into the pan and let it rest for 5-10 min. Bake at 425 for 15 min then turn the over down to 275 for 1 hour. After the baking is done turn off the oven and allow the cake to cool in the oven for 2 hours without opening the door at all from bake start time to 2 hour cool down I'd complete. Then Remove the cake and refrigerate.
