I use milk chocolate AND bittersweet chocolate
put pan in freezer between cooking
1/2 cup unsalted butter browned
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 t kosher salt, plus additional for sprinkling
1/4 C unsalted butter, melted
1 C firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 C granulated sugar
2 large eggs, one of the whites thrown out
3 t vanilla extract
8 oz coarsely chopped bittersweet chocolate
