1 teaspoon kosher salt
¾ teaspoon active dry yeast
4.75 oz (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons) water
4 grams (.25 oz, about 1 teaspoon) olive oil, plus more to coat pans and drizzle
½ - ¾ cup marinara sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup Italian cheese blend (asiago, fontina, etc.)
Basil leaves
Fresh Parmesan
Pepperoni, sliced
