Best White Rice

Ingredients: 

Rice
Oil
Double quantity of water to rice


  1. No need to wash rice
  2. Heat oil in large pot
  3. Add rice and stir until each rice granual is covered in oil
  4. Add double the amount of boiling water to rice
  5. Stir once. Less is more!
  6. Turn heat down to lowest temperature and cook for 15mins with the lid on.
  7. Do not stir or lift the lid
  8. Remove from heat and cover with teatowel for 5-10 mins.
  9. Fluff with fork and serve.
