Beverage: Smoothie Packs

Notes: 

When ready for a smoothie toss one of the frozen fruit packets in a blender and add a hand a handful of baby spinach, half a cup of Greek yogurt and enough milk to reach the consistancy you desire.
You can add anything you like such as protein powder, cinnamon, etc.
