Get Started - 100% free to try - join in 30 secondsI made this for dinner tonight. I avoid soy at all costs, so I used coconut aminos. It's a yummy, healthier version of soy. It also has a lot less sodium than soy sauce.
Below is a recipe for the sauce, but I served this over pork chops.
I simply placed the chops in a glass casserole dish in a 350 degree oven. Then made the sauce. Opened the oven, and poured the sauce on and baked for about another 30 minutes. So, total cooking time for the chops was about 45 minutes.
I served over a bed of riced cauliflower.
1/2 onion, finely diced
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp butter
5 tbsp coconut aminos, (or soy sauce)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 540 ml can of pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
1/3 cup STEVIVA blend
1 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp arrowroot flour (dissolved in a small bit of cold water)
