Ingredients: 

4 c sweet rice
4 cans coconut milk (3 cans for the rice 1 can for topping)
2 boxes of brown sugar ( 1 box for the rice and 1/2 for the topping


Soak rice in water overnight
Drain sweet rice and mix ingredients
Cook 1 hr 300, Another hr 325

Topping: 1 can coconut milk
Cook on stove till it thickens
Add brown sugar
Pour topping on the bibingka and cook on broil till it browns
