Blackberry Dumpling Cobbler

•1 tablespoon of butter
•4 cups of blackberries, rinsed and drained
•Juice of half a lemon
•1 cup of granulated sugar
•2 tablespoons of cornstarch
•2 tablespoons of cold water
For the Dumplings:
•1 cup of all purpose flour
•1/4 cup of granulated sugar
•2 teaspoons of baking powder
•Pinch of kosher salt
•Pinch of nutmeg
•1/4 cup of cold butter, cut into cubes
•1/2 to 3/4 cup of buttermilk
