Ingredients: 

1,5 kg de gîte ou de macreuse de boeuf, coupée en cubes
250 g de lardons
2 oignons
10 petits oignons blancs
2 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive
beurre
sel, poivre
Pour la marinade :
1 bouteille de vin rouge (bourgogne)
1 carotte
2 gousses d'ail
1 bouquet garni
poivre en grains
