Bolognese sauce

Ingredients: 

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• mince
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 4 large mushrooms sliced
• 1 carrot grated
• 1 tin chopped tomatoes
• 8 oz vegetable stock
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 3 cloves garlic


1. Heat oil in pan. Fry onions, mince & garlic for 5 mins, until mince is brown & onions softened

2. Add mushrooms & carrot and cook for 1 min. Add the rest and bring to the boil... Simmer for 20+ mins
