Braised Oxtail


One Oxtail (in my book, will only serve 2 people.)
Get you butcher to trim the excess fat if you ain’t tasty with a knife

1/2 bottle of top red plonk
500mls of light beef stock
salt and pepper
Squirt of tomato puree
Fresh Rosemary and Thyme
1/2 ‘bulb’ of garlic (it’ll cook out so don’t worry about offending any Vampire pals you have)
