Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Notes: 

This is a great recipe for the Church Supper. It was in a church cookbook and I changed it a little. The original recipe had just mayonnaise (1cup), cheddar cheese (1cup), and bacon bits (1/2 cup).
I sometimes add a little pepper just to give it a little bite.

Ingredients: 

1 head Broccoli
1 head Cauliflower
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 small to medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped crasins
Sprinkle with some pepper if desired, according to taste.


  1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
  2. Mix in onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and vinegar.
  3. Sprinkle the crasins on top and stir in just before serving.
