10 c broccoli florets
1 (15 oz) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
1/2 c butter, melted
1 loaf country white bread
Oven 350.
Steam broccoli 3 min. Combine Cheez Whiz, soup and milk, and heat. Pour over broccoli in casserole dish. Tear bread into chunks, dip in butter and place on top of broccoli. Bake 35 min.
For half recipe, freeze 1 1/2 c Cheez Whiz mixture.
