•1/4 cup water
•1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
•2 large egg yolks
•1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
•1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
•1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
•1 cup coarsely chopped toasted pecans
