Brownies

Ingredients: 

3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 teaspoon soda
2/3 c. oil (DIVIDED)
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 t. salt

Stir cocoa and sode.  Blend in 1/3 c.  oil.   Add water and stir until thick.   Stir in eggs, sugar and the other 1/3 c. oil. Stir til smooth.  Add flour, vanilla, salt. 350 degrees   35 minutes
