3/4 bag tater tots
1 lb bacon crumbled
8 eggs
2 c milk
3 c shredded Colby jack cheese
In a casserole dish add the tater tots
Preheat 400• until tots are golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside. Lower oven temp to 350.
In a mixing bowl add 8 eggs, 2 c milk, 3 c shredded cheese. Mix well and set aside.
Fry bacon then crumble.
Layer bacon on top.
Pour the egg and cheese mixture over bacon layer.
Cover with foul and bake.
350 for 45 min. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 min.
