Buffalo Chicken Dip

Notes: 

Serves 9. Recipe is for "skinny" version, can use low or full fat for more deliciousness

Ingredients: 

Chicken:
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 (about 2 pounds) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup water or low-sodium chicken broth

Dip:
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup Franks hot sauce (or whatever hot sauce you like)
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tsp white wine vinegar
2 cups (14 oz raw) cooked shredded chicken
