Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients: 

2 cups chopped chicken or 2 12 oz cans chopped chicken packed in water.
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (I use Texas Pete Brand)
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl, reserving 1 cup of cheese for topping
  2. Put in a small baking dish and add remaining 1 cup cheese over the top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and dish is heated through, about 20-30 minutes
  4. Serve hot with crackers of your choice.
