2 tbsp oil
1/3 cup rice flour
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbs onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cayenne pepper
sweet chilli sauce or sour cream, to serve
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Trim and discard narrow wing tip portion from chicken wings, then divide in half through the joint. Rub lightly with oil. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Combine rice flour, garlic salt, onion powder, oregano and cayenne in a large bowl. Add chicken, a few at a time, and toss to coat well. Lay on baking tray in a single layer.
Put tray in oven and roast for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve with chilli sauce or sour cream.
