Burnt Greenbeans

Ingredients: 

1 lb Green beans
Olive oil
Garlic


  1. Toss beans with olive oil & spread on baking sheet. 
  2. Roast at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. 
  3. Stir, toss in sliced garlic, & roast another 7-8 minutes, until garlic is browned but not burnt. 
  4. Remove from oven, & season with salt & pepper.
