Buttered Chicken

Ingredients: 

2 Tbsp butter
Tandoori paste (I use Pataks)
I Tbsp fresh ginger (grated fine or minced)
2 tsp hot peppers
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp papkrika
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup fresh cilanto
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 cup of whipping cream
4 medium peeled tomatoes diced (or drained can).
2 or 3 chicken breasts


Directions

  1. Preheat ovwn to 375. Place half of butter in glass baking dish, melt butter in dish
  2. Use yogurt and tandoori paste to mix with chicken and bake in butter according to directions on paste jar.
  3. Pour sauce over tandoori chicken (you may have excess water to drain off of chicken first) Bake 10 minutes then mix in whipping cream, lime juice and cilantro and serve with rice and/or naan.
