2 to 3 large garlic cloves, smashed
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
Cut cabbage into 1 inch thick slices. Rub both sides with smashed garlic. Place on baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. With the pastry brush, coat with olive oil on one side. Sprinkle with rock salt and crushed pepper. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown
