2 large garlic cloves, crushed
Pinch of salt
Oliv oil
3 cups French baguette slices cut ip into 1/2" cubes
Salad:
4 large hard ccooked eggs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1-1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 medium garlic cloves, crushed
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 large or 2 medium heads of romaine lettuce, outer leaves removed
Croutons:
Combine garlic, oil, salt and bread cubes in a bowl
Mix until cubes are evenly coated
Spread the coated cubes onto a baking sheet
Bake until the croutons are golden - this should take 5-10 mins
Salad:
Blend all ingredients except lettuce until smooth
Wash and dry lettuce leaves on towels
Tear the lettuce leaves into bite sized pieces with your hands
Toss lettuce and dressing in a large bowl
Add croutons and additional parmesan if desired
