1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup butter room temp
1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp milk
