Cake de dátiles y nueces

Ingredients: 

•140 gr de dátiles sin hueso, 50 ml de brandy o Gran Marnier, 100 gr de nueces picadas, 1 y media cucharaditas de bicarbonato sódico, 45 gr de mantequilla, 170 ml de agua templada, 160 gr de azúcar, 200 gr de harina con levadura, 2 huevos L, 1 pellizco de sal.
