1 package (18.5 oz.) devil’s food cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
12 oz. white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Coat cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs. Beat slowly with mixer until
well blended. Scrape bowl often. Batter will be thick.With a spoon, stir in white chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes, or until the cookies are firm. Remove to wire rack to cool.
