* 1 pkg of cream cheese
* 1 melting chocolate wafers
1) bake the cake as usual , once you baked it let it cool.
2) then crumble the cake in a bowl
3) add the cream cheese and mix it up until you have a doughy texture.
4) shape them into bite size balls and the refrigerate them over night.
The next day ....
Melt your chocolate in the microwave , what ever you do don't ever add water to your chocolate it will ruin it.
Get either lollipop sticks or I get kabob bamboo sticks from the dollar store and cut them in half.
Once your chocolate is melt dip the stick in the chocolate then poke it in one of the cake pop .
Then you want to dip the whole cake pop in the chocolate and let it drip over until it doesn't anymore and I usually just set it down on wax paper or parchement paper.
And voila!! You can get as creative as you like with these.
