1/2 cup warm water
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 egg
7 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
