1/2 cup (110 grams) popcorn kernels or about 10 cups of popped corn

1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar

1/2 cup (110 grams) packed dark brown sugar

1/2 cup (120 ml) light corn syrup

1/2 cup (120 ml) water

2 tablespoons (28 grams) butter

2 teaspoons kosher salt

2 teaspoons baking soda
