Ingredients: 

Makes 1 dozen
For the topping:
Nonstick spray
48 pecan halves (about 3 ounces)
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons honey
Pinch of salt

For the dough:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons plus 1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
