Ingredients: 

12 oz. rhubarb (about 3½ cups), medium diced
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
1¼ cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs, room temperature
1⅔ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon salt
¾ cup caramel sauce
