Ingredients: 

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water

2 cups Portabella or Crimini mushrooms, diced
2 small red onions, sliced
¾ cup of goat cheese
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup butter
¼ cup white dry wine
Salt & pepper to taste
Egg or butter wash
