1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4-5 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
TOPPING
28 caramels
2 tablespoons milk
3 cups pecan halves
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream shorting and sugar together? Add milk. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, combine flour, baking soda, cream of tarter and salt gradually to mixture. Chill one hour. Roll out 1/3 of dough at a time into 1/4 inch thickness. cut with 2 1/4 inch cutter. Place 2 inches apart on an undressed baking sheet bake 5-6 mins until edges are golden. Cool on rack.
Topping
Combine caramel and milk in a Noam cover with waxed paper microwave at 50% power for 1min stir, repeat until smooth. Dropped rounded spoonfuls on each cookie, place 3 pecan halves on each cookie on top of caramel. Melt chocolate chops and drizzle over cookies
