3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs cinnamon
2 cups bran
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup raisins
1. Sift together flour, baking, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
2. Add bran and set aside
3. Beat eggs - add oil, sugar and molasses.
4. Add carrots, flour mixture and raisins.
5. Fill 24 muffin tins 3/4 full
6. Cook 25 min @ 350 degrees
