Carrot Cake Donuts

Ingredients: 

1/4c + 2 tbs (42g) almond flour
2 tbs (14g) coconut flour
2 tsp (10g) psyllium husk (or flax/mila)
1/4c baking stevia (or desired dry sweetener, to taste)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cardamom

1 large egg
2 large egg whites
1/4c coconut milk (or milk of choice)
1.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp butter extract, optional

1/2 c (65g) shredded carrots

Frosting

3 tbs cream cheese (I used Green Mountain Farms Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt Blend)
1 tbs FF plain Chobani
Vanilla stevia, optional
