Cashew Chicken Casserole

Ingredients: 

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
3 cups cubed cooked chicken (I used rotisserie chicken)
1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/3 cups milk
1 can (14-1/2 oz) chicken broth
1/4 cup butter, melted
2/3 cups crushed crackers (I used Ritz)
3/4 cup cashew halves
