Made with healthy veggies (who knew cauliflower could be used as pizza crust and faux mashed potatoes!) and an extra protein kick (thanks to the greek yogurt), it turned out to be quite tasty and very easy to pull together.

Cauliflower and Turnip Mash (serves 4)
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
1 large turnip, peeled and chopped
2 garlic cloves
3/4 c. nonfat greek yogurt
dash of thyme
dash of sea salt
dash of black pepper
