This is my favorite cheesecake.
CHEESECAKE:
1 1/2 lb cream cheese
1 C sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 t vanilla
TOPPING:
1 pint sour cream
2/3 C sugar
1 T vanilla
Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
Mix in eggs and vanilla until creamy.
Fill graham crust with cheesecake mixture.
Bake 350 for1 hour
Blend topping ingredients together until smooth. Pour over cheesecake and return to oven for 5 minutes.
Cool before serving
