Prepare using OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
Make Ahead
Assemble casserole as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed, increasing baking time if needed until potato mixture is heated through.

2lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 8), peeled, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
2 Tbsp. flour
1-3/4 cups milk
4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
