2 T. oil
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 t. garlic powder
2 15-oz. cans stewed tomatoes
15-oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 c. picante sauce
1 t. chili powder
1 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. salt
Garnish: shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped avocado
