Chicken Wings

Ingredients: 

18 chicken wings, cut into the two pieces
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
2 cups olive oil
crumbled blue cheese dressing
celery and carrots


  1. Wash and pat dry the wings in paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
  3. In a carbon steel wok, heat oil over high heat until just smoking.
  4. Srinkle the salt mixer on a few wings at a time. Slide the pieces into the oil to cook.
  5. Deep fry the peices until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Remove each piece from the wok and drain on paper towels.
  7. Repeat for the remaing wings.
  8. Serve hot with the dressing and celery and carrots.
