Chilled Beancurd Dessert

Ingredients: 

250ml Vitasoy soy milk
1 tsp instant jelly powder (from Phoon Huat)
2.5 tsp milk powder


1. In a separate bowl, soak the instant jelly powder in a small portion of soya milk.
2. Add milk powder to the remaining soya milk. Stir well.
3. Heat the soy milk mixture in a small pot. Do NOT let the mixture boil.
4. Switch off the fire. Add the jelly mixture from Step 1.
5. Leave to cool in pot for about 10 min.
6. Pour into desired containers after the mixture has cooled.
7. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
