In same pan, in some oil, stir fry chicken cubes(pre marinade in soy sauce and rice vinegar). Once the cubed chicken pieces are almost done(do NOT over cook) sprinkle some corn starch/corn flour and stir the chicken some more. Throw some red chilli pepper balls. Remove chicken.
same pan in some more oil, stir fry chopped garlic( must!) , carrots, bell peppers. Add some stir fry sauce (optional). Once done, add chicken cubes. Add the cubed ONions and green onion sticks. Add the pre made sauce( oyster sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, chinese salt, fish sauce) to the mix. Dont over cook. Let settle.
